Mipcom+ is looking for experienced person to provide End User Technical L2 support.
Job will be done in our client premises in Belgrade city center, Knez Mihailova.
Working days and hours:
- Full day (8 hours), 5 days a week
Contract:
- 6 month contract with possibility of extension, 1 month probation period
- Contract will be made with Mipcom+, work will be done in client's premisses
Job description:
- Attend internal client's desk to provide best-in-class technology support
- Use remote tools to assist clients in remote offices or home offices
- Troubleshoot desktop issues
- Provide swift and professional deskside IT support
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for clients, recommend and implement corrective solutions
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot client workstations, mobile devices and related hardware or software in order to deliver required deskside service levels
- Utilize the client's ticket management system to record, update and resolve tickets from the Helpdesk
- Collaborate with other support groups across global locations to help troubleshoot client issues
- Utilize clients tools for building, monitoring and troubleshooting client devices
- Participate in disaster recovery testing exercises
- Upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring desktop operations
- Write technical support and client documentation in form of Knowledgebase articles
- Other associated duties as reasonably assigned by the client ‘Level 2’ support manager
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience of desktop/network support
- Windows Desktop knowledge is essential
- Windows Server/Active Directory is essential
- Windows Server/Domain controller is essential
- IAS server knowledge is essential
- Office 365
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems/troubleshooting/problem solving
- Good knowledge of PC network troubleshooting, network protocols
- Good knowledge of PC hardware and software
- Good knowledge of English language
