English/Russian-Speaking Content Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Content Manager to join our newly formed MENA BT team. This role is based in our Belgrade office and will focus on content creation and adaptation for markets across the MENA region.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality photo, video, and text content tailored for social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. A key part of the role will include working with machine translation tools to adapt content into various languages (Arabic French and other languages)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt multimedia content (images, videos, text) for marketing and social media.
• Design content using tools such as Figma and Photoshop.
• Edit videos using one of the following: DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, or Magix Vegas.
• Use machine translation tools to localize content into multiple languages.
• Collaborate with a diverse, international team based in Tashkent and Belgrade.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a content manager.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and Photoshop (mandatory).
• English level B2 or higher (mandatory).
• Russian is optional but highly preferred.
• Ability to handle and verify machine-translated text.
• Proficiency in at least one video editing software: DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, or Magix Vegas.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Canva and CapCut is a plus.
• Additional language skills (e.g., French or Arabic) are optional but beneficial.
• Strong sense of initiative, creativity, and independence.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary during probation (3 months): €900/month
• Post-probation salary: €1000–1500/month (based on performance)
• Internship period: 7 days, payment only if probation is successfully completed
