ENTERPRISE APPLICATION COORDINATOR (MSD)
(Belgrade)
ROLE SUMMARY:
We're looking for a skilled and collaborative IT profesional to join our IT team and help coordinate our enterprise applications. You’ll work closely with fellow team members, business stakeholders, and international partners to ensure our ERP systems, especially those based on Microsoft Dynamics, run smoothly and meet evolving business needs. In addition to MSD, the role also includes involvement with other globally recognized enterprise applications, offering opportunities to contribute across multiple platforms and international projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the management of our enterprise application portfolio as part of a dedicated IT team
- Collaborate with business users to understand ERP requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Analyses and thorough research of client’s (coworkers) needs and requirements
- Addressing the various needs, concerns, expectations of stakeholder groups in planning and executing projects, meeting project requirements and creating project deliverables
- Management of the entire cycle of solving needs and problems (requirement definition, solution, testing, user confirmation)
- Partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT management in Serbia and Head Office
- Extensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A relevant university degree and 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and basic understanding of CRM concepts
- Familiarity with finance and procurement processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in moderating meetings and facilitating group discussions
- Ability to understand and manage user needs through clear communication
- Team-oriented mindset with initiative, assertiveness, and enthusiasm
