Field Service Engineer (f/m/d)

We are offering very dynamic, and interesting full-time job, related to your work performance and workload, and it is quite rewarding. You will not be spending much in the office in Stara Pazova high tech factory, which is major part of our worldwide location network, and a right hand of our German headquarters. You will work with the latest automotive, software and machine technology, excellent young team and superiors.

What we need you for:

• Installation and integration of our hardware and software solutions, worldwide
• Communicating with the customer to understand their needs and fit into our capacities
• Performing trainings, ramp up new productions, keep them running smoothly and healthy
• Guide R&D to deliver in time and quality, for the enjoyment of our customers
• Frequent short journeys to our projects and customers to literally every corner in the world

Your profile:

• Completed training in electrical, computer or software engineering or a comparable education, university is always an advantage, as most of us come from that world
• Willingness to travel frequently worldwide, but in really healthy dosage for your mind and body
• Good technical knowledge, engineering thinking, databases knowledge (SQL basics) and network basics
• Some knowledge of programming (Java or C# or something else a little bit) and experience in operation systems is helpful
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
• Customer-oriented behavior, communications skills, and  a personal appearance must be decent, but on this we can work on together
• Good attitude towards your professional tasks, common goals, entire team and working ethics is something we actually value most of everything stated above
