In line with further expanding the scope of customer service, Xpro is looking for a Field Service Engineer.
Your challenge
- As a Xpro Field Service Engineer you will play a role in supporting the technical needs of Xpro customers and customer service partners.
- Working collaboratively with the wider organisation to provide exceptional service to our customers. Services include corrective and preventative maintenance, installation of equipment and software and hardware upgrades to products both on-site and remotely.
Your responsibilities
- Carry out corrective, preventative and installation activities on products.
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware and software system failures using established procedures and information.
- Contribute towards technical knowledge sharing through ongoing collaboration with the field and remote colleagues.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge through continual training and development.
Candidate profile
- Technical knowledge and experience in engineering fundamentals.
- Competent in IT / Network diagnostics / System connectivity / Remote services.
- Deliver high levels of customer service.
- Ability to work independently.
- English language.
- Valid driving license.
