Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on investment strategies and opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
Stay up to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the latest insights and advice.
Document all customer interactions in the company's system.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service or a call center role.
Demonstrable experience in finance is a big advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sales talent, and the ability to close deals.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to have:
