As part of the Product Development RMG team, you would work on the development and maintenance of more than 10 different igaming brands in various markets. All of it using a White Label Solution approach which gives us an advantage over competitors.
YOUR TASKS
- Development of our challenging websites
- Solve interesting scalability and performance challenges
- Get involved in the architecture design and decisions
- Write optimal, readable and maintainable code
- Test your code as much as it makes sense
- Code reviews are your morning coffee
- You like pair programming
- Have fun with your team
YOUR PROFILE
- You’ve got at least 3 years of experience building web apps
- Focus on quality, because you know of no other way
- Know how things work “under the hood”
- Know how to express your ideas and how to listen to others
- Fluent in English and JavaScript and potentially speak TypeScript as well
- Team player

Kompanija koja brine o svojim zaposlenima, svi dobijaju 13 platu, pruza mnogo prostora za putovanja. Jedna od retkih kompanija, koja ima stvarn dobar i strucan menadzment. Za sve nedomice i predloge im se mozemo obratiti u bilo kom trenutku..Zarade su oko proseka ili nesto iznad proseka za ovu industriju. Ima firmi koje nude bolje zarade, ali ima ih mnogo vise koje nude losije zarade. Sto se tice dodatnih pogodnosti, tu su sportski budzet, dobar paket privatnog zdravstvenog osiguranja, dodatni dani odmora preko zakonskog minimuma, godisnji bonusi, a po potrebi se uplacuju edukacije za zaposlene. Atmosfera u firmi je prilicno opustena i nema bespotrebnog mikromenadzmenta na lokalnom nivou. Sav menadzment je u Austriji. Rad od kuce je moguc i mimo pandemije. Nema prekovremenog rada. Firma se siri i redovno zaposljava nove ljude za razlicite pozicije. U prethodnih par meseci je zaposlen veliki broj Tech Support kolega, dok ranije uopste nismo imali takve pozicije.
Zamerke
Zbog mogucnosti rada od kuce, malo fali interakcije uzivo i sve sto to nosi(zblizavanje sa kolegama itd).
