Full Stack Engineer

Our team of senior digital marketing and engineering experts is looking for a Full Stack Engineer (on-site) that has a strong interest in building scalable Javascript-based websites and web applications, with strong experience in PHP and OOP practices.

Please do not apply if you don't have at least 5 years of experience (minimum) with back-end and front-end development.

This is on-site position (e.g. you will work in our office in Kovacica) with hybrid possibilities after 3 months of active engagement (4 days on-site, 1 day work from home).

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working with mid to large-scale websites and web apps
• Portfolio of active (online) projects
• Strong understanding and practical experience of core (vanilla) Javascript
• Strong understanding and practical experience working with SQL databases
• Practical experience working with API Integrations
• Practical experience working with PHP-based applications
• Practical experience on actual projects (open-source, course work or client work)
• Solid understanding of Git/code versioning practices
• Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Active development and support of enterprise-level websites and web applications
• Active feature development (JS-based applications, LMS, PHP apps)
• Continuous API integrations
• Ongoing maintenance and documentation
• Ongoing team training

Nice to haves

• Agency experience
• Experience working with Jira and Trello
• Excellent understanding of HTML5/CSS3 and responsive practices
• Experience with WordPress
• Solid understanding of headless approach
• Solid interest or experience with JS Frameworks (React, Next)
• Understanding of server architecture and hosting (AWS included)
