Fullstack Developer - Data Management - SF Incentive Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Development Specialist to join our Data Management team. Our team's focus is to define path for existing customers to Cloud version of Commissions supported by SAP HANA with emphasis on Analytics, Data Management & Hana Cloud. As such, your main responsibility will be to integrate Commissions with Data Sphere and Automation Pilot, along with delivering CDL (Commissions Data Loader) improvements. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our data management capabilities and ensuring seamless interactions between different systems.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate Commissions data with Data Sphere and Automation Pilot systems.
• Collaborate with the data management team to design and implement CDL improvements.
• Develop, test, and maintain efficient and reliable Java Spring backend services.
• Design and implement user-friendly and responsive Angular front-end pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of data and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and application performance.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Ability to initiate, facilitate and operate independently in a matrix organization involving engineering and cloud operations.
• Very good English language skills - spoken and written, to be able to articulate Product requirements and systems design related collaboration in constructive and open style within team and customer-facing environments.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and experience with Spring framework.
• Strong expertise in front-end development using Angular.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP Hana, Hana Cloud).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Considered as a plus: 

• Knowledge of Data Sphere and Automation Pilot
• Knowledge of BTP (Business Technology Platform) technologies.
• Familiarity with data management and data integration concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.

Tasks:

• Integrate Commissions with Data Sphere and Automation Pilot, ensuring seamless data exchange and interaction between the two systems.
• Develop and implement CDL extensions to enhance the functionality and capabilities of the system.
• Implementing Touchless Deployment capability on Google Cloud Platform
• Implementing Backup and Restore service on Google Cloud Platform
