What we’re looking for
Massive Rocket is in search of a dynamic Global Delivery Leader, a pivotal role aimed at guiding our rapid growth and scaling our business. This senior position is designed for a strategic and innovative leader adept at managing the delivery of complex digital solutions across various industries. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in digital project management and a proven ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and profitability. Leadership, vision, and the ability to foster strong client and team relationships are key.
Responsibilities
• Define and implement delivery strategy, processes, and standards.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, aligning with client expectations and business goals.
• Manage project portfolio, budget, resources, and provide regular reporting.
• Establish and maintain client, partner, and vendor relationships; handle escalations and issue resolution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Identify risks and challenges; implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years in digital solution management, preferably in consulting or agency settings.
• Building and managing a services delivery team of 50 to 150 people in an agency / service delivery environment.
• Track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Deep knowledge of digital landscape, trends, and best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional leadership, management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Experience with global clients and teams, adaptable to diverse cultures and time zones.
• Willingness to travel as needed for projects and clients.
