Requirements
- 3+ years of backend development, including 2+ years of Go in production
- Strong Go fundamentals: concurrency, error handling, package design
- Experience with REST APIs; gRPC/protobuf is a plus
- PostgreSQL and SQL; Go data-access libraries (pgx, gorm)
- Event-driven systems with message queues (AWS SNS/SQS)
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD; Terraform is a plus
- Familiarity with OAuth2/JWT
- Automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and observability
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience integrating third-party systems and APIs
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Go microservices on AWS
- Design APIs and event-driven integrations with internal and external systems
- Own your services in production
- Take part in code reviews
- Work with product and other teams to deliver features end to end
- Contribute to technical decisions on scalability and maintainability
