Group IT Governance Expert - Process Improvement & Transition
About your new role
As a Group IT Governance Expert, you will be a key part of NLB Group future success in the field of IT governance and operating model transformation. Our team is multinational, with a wide range of experience in change management and IT operating model transformation. As a Group IT Governance Expert, you will work in agile environment, allowing you to collaborate with your peers in Ljubljana and NLB members in region in which NLB Group operates.
Roles and responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes in the field of Information Technologies, coordinate activities aimed at their implementation at the level of the NLB Group, including automation in tools (experience with Jira products is a plus)
- Develop models for IT management and supporting processes with the aim of achieving a flexible, efficient, and cost-effective way of providing IT services
- Develop, integrate, and continuously improve metric model for measuring performance in the field of NLB Group IT
- Ensure IT performance management and proper management of IT initiatives/services using tools, facts/data, reports, dashboards
- Participate in related projects/initiatives as a team member or as a leader
- Report on the NLB Group IT KPIs and status of the implementation of the strategic IT goals
- Define policies in the domain of IT Governance
- Ensure practice conforms to documented design/policies/process/standards
- Improve communication between technology teams and business users using advanced presentation and communication skills
- Empower people to develop and share knowledge
Job requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant field (FON, Economics, similar)
- At least 5 years work experience in relevant fields
- Service Implementation Management knowledge
- Experience in working with ITSM metric systems and tools for automation and measuring performance of IT processes
- Experience in parametrization of Jira products is considered as a plus
- Advanced understanding of IT frameworks (ITIL or COBIT), certification is considered as a plus
- Agile Project Management practical experience, PM tools and methodology familiarity
- Experience in cost/benefit analysis
- Understanding of banking business processes and technologies
- Active knowledge of English language
- Ability to utilize experience to implement best practices in change management
- Ability to think out of the box and bring forward solutions
