HR Administrator - Internship (paid internship)

We are looking for an HR Administration Intern to join our team and help support activities primarily related to administration, but also other HR activities.

Your Main Tasks:

• Administrative support to the local team, as well as the global HR team
• Administrative support for employees, keeping database and records of employees up-to-date
• Collecting and organizing the collected documentation in the process of hiring new employees and in case of changes during the employment period
• Helping with payroll preparation for an external agency
• Liaise with external suppliers, as well as with an insurance supplier, an occupational safety and health company
• Organizes orders related to office management, and cooperation with finances related to placing invoices on the internal portal.
• Organize events, onboardings, well-being benefits, etc.

Your Profile:

• On studies related to Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or any other related field
• Hands-on with a high level of initiative and integrity
• Tactful in handling sensitive and confidential situations and information good written and verbal skills in English
• Creative, solution-oriented
• Eager to gain knowledge in the field of HR
