We are hiring a HR Generalist to join an existing and expanding development team. When you join us, you will become a part of our Belgrade team of 50+ high skilled professionals.
We are seeking a talented individual who wants to expand knowledge and gain experience working in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. This person would join the Belgrade office and be responsible for our hiring process and be involved in other HR activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for effective and fast recruiting processes
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy together with the HR Manager
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Develops, maintains, and grows relationships with candidates, including extensive research and headhunting experienced hires Proper media channel selection for finding high-quality candidates
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
- Regular cooperation with the manager's team leads to ensuring hiring, onboarding priorities, and needs
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Enhance job satisfaction by working together with other team members, on L&D Plans and practices, applying for new benefits, and organizing team-building activities
- Undertake tasks around feedback practice
- Participate in other HR processes and decisions locally
- Working on the improvement of Employer Branding in the local market and managing social networks and company website updates
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of professional experience in the same or similar position
- University degree of socio-humanistic orientation (education in human resources an advantage)
- Maintaining up-to-date professional knowledge about the job market and the latest industry trends
- Courteous, professional positive attitude, with a focus on solutions
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Team-oriented, relaxed with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
- English knowledge – advanced level
- Proactive individual, able to work autonomously
- Experience with agile work environment is a plus
- Experience in IT industry is a plus
