The HR Recruiter in IT Role is a position for an experience HR Recruiter, with extensive experience and contacts in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- HR Recruiting in the IT Industry and understanding of different types of Job roles, positions, and technologies
- Experience using LinkedIn for head hunting purposes for IT candidates with a large collection of contacts in Linked In
- Experience interviewing candidates in the IT industry for both technical and soft skills
- Experience and understanding of common job boards like INFOSTUD, HR LAB, HelloWorld, AltTab, as well as best practices of utilizing those job boards and platforms
- Experience with cold calling of Candidates and overall Salesmanship for open positions
- Excellent Verbal and written English Communication Skills.

Ima mnogo prilika za učenje i istraživanje kroz svakodnevne radne zadatke. Radno vreme je praktično evropsko, što je velika pogodnost imajući u vidu da se radi sa klijentom iz SAD. Prekovremeni rad se izuzetno retko traži (možda par dana godišnje), ali je i tada isključivo na dobrovoljnoj bazi.
