HR Specialist
full-time position | Belgrade office (Serbia)
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with key stakeholders globally to analyze and define recruitment needs for technical and non-technical positions
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to hiring candidates
- Actively search for passive candidates by various sourcing strategies and through appropriate platforms and performing background checks of qualified candidates
- Manage HR administration such as work-related documentation, absence management, health and safety and assist payroll preparation
- Delivery of internal communication activities to support change and HR transformation projects
- Oversee and implementation of HR processes and advise employees in line with the current policies and procedures
- Provide support for business travel arrangements and global mobility for IPS employees
- Support the HR team on various projects globally
Your Energy
- Proven work experience in the same or similar positions
- Experience with sourcing and recruiting in the IT industry
- Good understanding of HR operations and HR practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Solid organizational and time-management skills and ability to efficiently prioritize your tasks
- Cultural sensitivity; excited to work with people in IPS-Global Group from all over the world
- University degree in HR, Psychology, business, or related fields
- Excellent PC skills and a very good knowledge of MS-Offices
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
