As a HR Specialist in MENU, you will be a part of HR team and play important role in building the strong relationship with Tech Leads in the company. You will be involved in defining the employment plan, performing selection of new candidates in accordance with the defined criteria and conducting interviews and onboarding process.
Main responsibilities of HR Specialist include arranging orientation program and trainings for the newly-recruited employees, conducting training needs, analysing and defining training plan proposals, performing trainings and coordinating performance management process.
In this role, we expect HR Specialist to have experience within multiple HR disciplines and a fundamental understanding of HR practices and process, to be able to monitor the process of changing workplaces through the appropriate documentation and participate in creating and monitoring the implementation of remuneration policy.

The key responsibilities of HR Specialist include:
- Recruiting employees based on defined employment plan by using different recruitment methods
- Defining job advertisements and publishing them according to defined recruitment methods
- Selecting candidates based on previously defined criteria
- Arranging interview schedules and conducting candidate selection interviews
- Informing candidates about the outcome of selection process
- Arranging Onboarding program for new employees by organizing first day at work and company presentation
- Identifying training needs for new employees through discussion with their superiors
- Organizing annual evaluation process
- If necessary, providing annual appraisal training sessions for appraisers and appraisees
- Preparing reports based on evaluation results
- Participating in the employees’ learning and development process conducts training need analysis, defines training plan for the following year
- Collecting offers and organizes trainings with the consulting companies, conducts trainings according to the plan
- Monitoring the results of conducted trainings and manages budget realization
- Participating in remuneration policy implementation and monitors realization of the policies in use
- Provides calculations of rewards which are results of remuneration policy;
- Organizing and conducting informing of employees about work performance related to remuneration policy
- Ensuring synchronization among employees in workplace
- Managing legally mandatory training for new employees
- Periodically reviewing and updating job descriptions with new content
- Analyzing employees’ development needs, defining development plans with employees, monitoring implementation and effects
- Organizing ceremonies and conducts internal communication activities, provides support for launched projects
- Conducting required trainings
- Maintaining entire HR administration
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as HR in IT industry
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English
- Decision-making / complex problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Impeccable organization skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
