- You will be helping your direct reports grow and become better engineers

Your contribution to the team includes:
- You must have experience with managing people in technical teams
- You must have software development experience comparable to a Senior Backend Engineer
- You must have experience with building backends for professional grade web apps
- You must have experience with topics such as CI/CD, dev-ops, on-call, versioning
- You must be familiar with Python and its ecosystem
- You must be familiar with SQL and noSQL databases
- You must be fluent in English, written and spoken
- Being familiar with Google Cloud Services is a plus
