MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years professional experience, preferably with 3+ years in people manager/team leader role
• Ability to motivate others
• Problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good knowledge in cyber security, proven work experience in information security operations
• Basic understanding of financial terms and principles is preferred
• Fluent in English (written / oral)
• Strong communication skills
• Familiar with actual threat landscape
• Whilst likes to play independently works well with others
• Curious, analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems
• Good stress resistance
• Has college or university degree preferably in IT engineering or in Economics, Business Studies with an IT / Security background

Role overview:

• Having a leading role and taking active part in the daily work of Security Infrastructure office, including operations, engineering, security incident response
• Managing, leading, and monitoring the day-to-day running of Security Infrastructure office to ensure the highest quality of the execution
• Overseeing and controlling the work of experts of the Security Infrastructure office as subordinates
• Maintaining the motivation of the team
• Ensuring the operational and service KPIs
• Collaborating with other members of the management team to formulate the corporate strategy
• Contributing to the development of processes, service, and technology capabilities to ensure the continuous improvement of Information Security
• Taking part in financial planning, budget follow-up and the assuring of the efficient operation
• Taking part in development and maintenance of the responses to security problems
• Promoting and actively contributing to new strategic initiatives within security operations
• Collaborating across security domains in an international work environment
