We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our Sales team and help us keep growing. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with customers are strong, profitable, and enduring.
A few of the primary duties of an Engagement Manager are assigning company resources to the client, billing and invoicing the client, managing the client’s expectations, and working with the sales team.
Your goal will ensure that our relationships with customers are strong, profitable, and enduring. You’ll be the clients’ first point of contact, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services. Clients that will be under your management are based in the
US, so having solid English knowledge and skills is a must for this position.
You don’t have to be a technical person, but you must understand technical processes.
We will provide education regarding the health tech domain, our operations, and approaches to clients during the onboarding process to gain base knowledge. Your hands-on experience will start with farming and then after the onboarding, active search
for clients to further business development tasks will be your daily working routine.

Your day-to-day tasks would be to:
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
- Ensure the contracts are carried out correctly
- Manage multiple projects’ delivery with proven quality, within agreed timeline and budget
- Create reports on the progress of the contract and projects
- Coordinate the team’s resources and third parties for the execution of projects
- Develop processes to monitor and track progress on project delivery
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Manage invoices and bills for assigned clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Create a positive experience for clients
Education and experience:
- Sharp business acumen
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or engineering
- 3+ years in software project management, project management or sales roles, or if you have mixed experience is even better!
- Basic understanding of software development process
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Storing fluency in English (preferred C1 level of language)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Entrepreneurial aspirations
