Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and user account management.
• Document and track all support issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement: IV level of professional qualification - highschool diploma, preferably completed vocational school or technical college.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Help desk technician and/or 3+ years of other relevant experience in the IT industry.
• Hands-on experience in working with internal clients.
• Proven experience with LDAP, Active Directory, DNS.
• Ability to install and configure different types of Operating systems is a must.
• Solid communication skills and good knowledge of English language.
