Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and user account management.
- Document and track all support issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: IV level of professional qualification - highschool diploma, preferably completed vocational school or technical college.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Help desk technician and/or 3+ years of other relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience in working with internal clients.
- Proven experience with LDAP, Active Directory, DNS.
- Ability to install and configure different types of Operating systems is a must.
- Solid communication skills and good knowledge of English language.
