Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and user account management.
- Document and track all support issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: IV level of professional qualification - highschool diploma, preferably completed vocational school or technical college.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Help desk technician and/or 3+ years of other relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience in working with internal clients.
- Proven experience with LDAP, Active Directory, DNS.
- Ability to install and configure different types of Operating systems is a must.
- Solid communication skills and good knowledge of English language.

Zamerke
- Glavni inženjer u firmi ne razume osnove inženjerstva. Ne zna šta znači "refaktorisanje" (misli da je to bilo kakva izmena koda), ne ume da serijalizuje podatke, ne zna da podeli sistem na nezavisne celine niti osnovne obrasce, koristi Windows fajl sistem kao bazu podataka (pa svaljuje krivicu za loše performanse na hardver, a firma joj odobri još instanci). Dešava se da ni ne pokrene svoj program, a onda od drugih timova traži da ispravi problem na svojoj strani. Potpuno je apsurdno čime se ljudi bave zbog nje: na ganc-novom endpointu je jedan niz greškom sadržao dodatni element i ona je postavila task frontend timu da ignoriše element viška, umesto da ga sama skloni sa API-ja. - Glavni HR laže oko zarada i beneficija koje će tim dobiti. Priča se iz nedelje u nedelju neprestano menja, gde od početnog obećanja ne ostane ništa -- uvek postoji još jedan izgovor za sve. Uz to ne prestaje da ponavlja kako je, jadna, zatrpana poslom do guše i uz svaki poslovni razgovor nađe način da pomene verenika (inače rođenog brata direktora firme). Slobodno se vi volite, ali bespotrebno potenciranje je neukusno. - Većina programera se prema QA sektoru ponaša kao prema ličnim sekretaricama. Svaljuju razne odgovornosti na njih (pisanje SQL skripti i njihovo izvršenje direktno nad produkcijom, tehnička podrška klijentima u pola noći). Ali plate im se mere uz reči "običan junior tester".
