Due to the increase in the volume of work, we are looking for the IT support who will make our everyday duties easier. You will be responsible for ensuring that our teams across several countries can do their job to the maximum potential. In order to perform well in the role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
· Very good knowledge of Windows, Apple, Microsoft Office
· Learn and understand using company’s Zoho system
· Troubleshoot problems and support colleagues
· Great problem-solving skills
· Previous experience in a call centre would be an advantage
· Fluency in English, German would be advantage
· Help setting up additions to OS (as installing drivers)
· Write your owns scripts after reading the docs
