This role is to support the application of HR Information System in the plants of Serbia and Czech Republic, by investigating the user’s need, coordinating with supplier for solutions, training new users, and maintain the HR information system.
- Investigate the user’s needs related to HR operation, from recruiting, on boarding process, payroll, performance review, etc.
- Be the coordinator between internal user and supplier, translate the needs into IT language, help the supplier to understand the internal needs in HR operation;
- Check and trial running about the information system, make sure it fulfill the daily use requirement;
- Update the HR information system according to the changing of operation;
- Apply and implement other systems, e.g. attendance system, etc.
- IT Technician or above, Bachelor’s degree is preferred, major in Information technology or related.
- More than 3 years experience in system application is preferred;
- Can use English as working language;
- Good communication and coordination capabilities, willing to support.
