Responsibilities

• Together with colleagues supports and provides resolution of day to day problems in the work of users
• Works on installation of applications, programs and takes care of upgrade
• Takes care of the company's licenses
• Supports projects within IT department in Serbia and region
• Acts as contact person for users in different regions
• Identifies improvement opportunities within existing processes and systems

• Our Internship program has the goal to introduce people, who are at the beginning of their working careers, with business environment and to show how the one industrial system is functioning
• Students in final years of studies as well as candidates who have recently graduated are welcome to apply
• Great English is advantage
• It is a paid internship in form of full-time work lasting up to 9 months
