Vescon d.o.o. je konsultanska firma specijalizovana u oblasti sprečavanja pranja novca (AML) i finansiranja terorizma (CFT) kao i KYC procedura (Know Your Customer). Dugogodišnje iskustvo u sektoru bankarstva, usklađenosti poslovanja i platnih usluga, omogućilo nam je da uspešno okončamo proces apliciranja za dozvolu za rad sa kripto valutama. U decembru 2022. Vescon-u je dodeljena licenca za rad sa digitalnom imovinom od strane Narodne Banke Srbije.
Naša misija je da se digitalna imovina učini dostupnom investitorima i da se kompanijama pruži mogućnost da koriste kripto valute u svom poslovanju. Naše veliko iskustvo u bankarstvu, AML/CFT i compliance-u pružiće našim klijentima sve neophodne alate za postizanje njihovih ciljeva. Glavni prioritet je da obezbedimo da se kripto tehnologija koristi u pozitivne svrhe, kroz implementaciju visokih standarda u procedurama za sprečavanje pranja novca i finansiranje terorizma. Nastojimo da budemo veza između tradicionalnih bankarskih sistema i kripto rešenja.
Kvalifikacije:
- Obrazovanje - IV stepen stručne spreme
- Prethodno radno iskustvo na istim ili sličnim poslovima: minimum godinu dana
- Odlično poznavanje engleskog jezika (visok nivo pismene i usmene komunikacije)
Opis posla:
- Prva tačka kontakta za IT podršku unutar kompanije kao i za upite kupaca;
- Održavanje kvalitetne usluge kroz praćenje standarda kompanije.
- Dijagnostikovanje i rešavanje problema sa softverom i hardverom;
- Popravka i zamena oštećenih računarskih i mrežnih komponenti;
- Obezbeđivanje bezbednosti korisničkih i serverskih računara instaliranjem i nadogradnjom antivirusnog softvera;
- Podrška zaposlenima u vezi sa izazovima sa računarima i mrežnim uređajima;
- Redovno održavanje i ažuriranje tehničke dokumentacije;
- Nadgledanje klikova, veza, upotrebljivosti i ukupnog statusa veb stranice kompanije, odredišnih stranica i stranica podrške;
- Komunikacija sa provajderom platforme i eksternim grafičkim dizajnerom
- Appstore/google store tehničke potrebe;
- Zaštita sredstava informacionog sistema identifikacijom i rešavanjem potencijalnih i stvarnih bezbednosnih problema;
- Instaliranje, konfigurisanje i održavanje softverskih i hardverskih komponenti računarskih i mrežnih sistema;
- Zaštita sistema definisanjem privilegija pristupa, kontrolnih struktura i resursa;
- Prepoznavanje problema identifikacijom abnormalnosti i prijavljivanje prekršaja;
- Implementacija bezbednosnih poboljšanja procenom trenutne situacije i evaluacija trendova;
- Nadograđivanje sistema implementacijom i održavanjem bezbednosnih protokola;
- Informisanje korisnika pripremanjem izveštaja o učinku- komunikacioni status sistema;

Many years of experience in the sector of banking, business compliance and payment services, enabled us to successfully complete the process of applying for a license to work with cryptocurrencies. In December 2022, Vescon was granted a license to operate with digital assets by the National Bank of Serbia.
Our mission is to make digital assets accessible to investors and to give companies the ability to use cryptocurrencies in their business. Our extensive experience in banking, AML/CFT and compliance will provide our clients with all the necessary tools to achieve their goals. The main priority is to ensure that crypto-technology is used for positive purposes, through the implementation of high standards in procedures for preventing money laundering and financing of terrorism. Qualifications:
- Level of vocational education: IV
- Previous work experience in the same or similar jobs: at least one year
- Excellent/Proficiency knowledge of the English language (excellent written and oral communication)
Job description:
- First point of contact for IT related inquiries from customers and in house team;
- Maintaining quality service by following the company's standards.
- Diagnosing and solving problems with software and hardware;
- Repair and replacement of damaged computer and network components;
- Ensuring the security of user and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus software;
- Support employees in relation to challenges with computers and network devices;
- Regular maintenance and updating of technical documentation;
- Monitoring clicks, links, usability and overall status of the company's website, landing pages and support pages;
- Communication with the platform provider and external graphic designer;

- Informing users by preparing performance reports - communication status of the system;
