IT Administrator – Identity, Automation & Digital Workplace

Position Overview:

Join our Infrastructure & Digital Workplace team and take ownership of modern identity management, cloud access, automation, application delivery, and digital workplace technologies. In this role, you will help drive the transition towards a secure, automated, and cloud-first workplace while working with Microsoft’s latest technologies.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments
• Design and operate Entra Enterprise Applications, SSO integrations, and SCIM provisioning
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access Policies, Identity Governance, and access management concepts
• Develop PowerShell-based automation for provisioning, reporting, compliance, and operational processes
• Package and deploy enterprise applications using PSAppDeployToolkit, SCCM, Intune, and Nerdio
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop and modern Digital Workplace services
• Administer Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Proxmox
• Drive automation, standardization, and cloud transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure and workplace projects

Your Profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management
• Experience with Enterprise Applications, SSO, SCIM, Conditional Access, and MFA concepts
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Experience with software packaging and application deployment technologies
• Good knowledge of SCCM, Intune, Nerdio, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Experience with Windows Server and virtualization technologies
• Analytical mindset, strong ownership, and a passion for automation
