IT Assistant

We are looking for a part-time engaged IT consultant familiar with Microsoft Office 365 services and its integrations with business processes. The candidate will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of our website

Our company is making its jump to cloud technologies and a lot of procedures and services need to be adjusted to meet the goal.

NOVICOM COMMUNIATION d.o.o is a Scandinavian call center with a long tradition and headquarters in a pleasant, business part of New Belgrade

Our priority is to migrate email and business communication together with the file data to the Office 365. Also, we want to get familiar with the Share Pont portal and adopt various other tools and applications to help us improve our productivity and the ever-growing need for remote work and collaboration.

The Candidate should be familiar with basic DNS knowledge, Microsoft Office 365 Administration, Teams and Share Point Portal Administration, Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. We expect the candidate to be interested in cloud integrations and to be interested to explore, learn and grow its experience every day. 

In performing everyday tasks the candidate should have strong senior support from our external IT support. Previous experience is not mandatory and the candidate should expect to be interviewed by a member of our external IT support Team. IT Students are wellcomed.
