IT Business Partner for Warehouse and Supply Chain

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Business and IT Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders to bridge the gap between IT and Supply Chain teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements
- Support communications between IT teams, Supply Chain teams and vendors
- Participate in meetings and workshops to document business requirements for IT projects
- IT System Support and Enhancement
- Support analysis and optimize Supply Chain systems including ERP, WMS and TMS
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinating with IT teams for resolution
- Support system upgrades, testing and user training
- Process Improvement & Data Analysis:
- Gather and analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within supply chain processes.
- To work with IT team and help create reports and dashboards to enhance decision-making.
- Project Support & Documentation:
- Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
- Document business processes, IT solutions, and best practices.
- Provide user support and training for new systems and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or Supply Chain operations
- Understanding of Supply Chain processes and IT systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
- Technical and soft skills:
- Familiarity with IT solutions used in supply chain management.
- Basic knowledge of data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of IT project management principles
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Good presentation skills and fluency in English
