IT Business Partner for Warehouse and Supply Chain

What will be your key responsibilities?

Business and IT Collaboration

Work with stakeholders to bridge the gap between IT and Supply Chain teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements
Support communications between IT teams, Supply Chain teams and vendors
Participate in meetings and workshops to document business requirements for IT projects

IT System Support and Enhancement

Support analysis and optimize Supply Chain systems including ERP, WMS and TMS
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinating with IT teams for resolution
Support system upgrades, testing and user training

Process Improvement & Data Analysis:

Gather and analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within supply chain processes.
To work with IT team and help create reports and dashboards to enhance decision-making.

Project Support & Documentation:

Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
Document business processes, IT solutions, and best practices.
Provide user support and training for new systems and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or Supply Chain operations
Understanding of Supply Chain processes and IT systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)

Technical and soft skills:

Familiarity with IT solutions used in supply chain management.
Basic knowledge of data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and learn in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of IT project management principles
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Good presentation skills and fluency in English
