We are looking for:
IT DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT Department and IT team;
- Develop and implement the IT strategy in line with business objectives and Group standards;
- Ensure reliable, secure and efficient IT infrastructure, systems and services;
- Lead IT projects and digital transformation initiatives;
- Manage IT risks, information security and business continuity;
- Manage external IT providers, vendors and technology partners;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and the adoption of new technologies;
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and security standards;
- Act as a strategic partner to business functions on technology-related matters.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
- At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, including managerial or leadership experience;
- Experience in the insurance industry and/or financial institutions is preferred;
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems and information security is preferred;
- Experience in IT project management and digital transformation;
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills;
- Strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
