KVALIFIKACIJE

Visoka stručna sprema (ili ekvivalentno iskustvo) iz oblasti računarstva, informacionih sistema ili telekomunikacija
2–7 godina iskustva na poziciji IT administratora, infrastrukturnog inženjera ili IT menadžera
Engleski jezik — čitanje tehničke dokumentacije

OPIS POSLA

Administracija i održavanje fizičkih i virtuelnih servera (on-premise i cloud)
Podizanje, konfiguracija i migracija serverskih okruženja
Upravljanje mrežnom infrastrukturom — routing, switching, firewall, VPN
Monitoring sistema, upravljanje logovima i proaktivno rešavanje incidenata
IT bezbednost infrastrukture: hardening, backup politike, disaster recovery planovi
Upravljanje CI/CD pipeline-ovima i kontejnerizovanim okruženjima
Saradnja sa razvojnim timom na DevOps procesima i infrastrukturnim zahtevima projekata
Dokumentovanje arhitekture i tehničkih procedura

TEHNIČKA ZNANJA

Linux administracija (Ubuntu/Debian) — napredno poznavanje
Docker i kontejnerizacija aplikacija
Mrežna infrastruktura i bezbednost (firewall, VPN, segmentacija mreže)
Serverski servisi: Nginx, PostgreSQL, Redis i sl.
Bash/shell skriptovanje i automatizacija
Alati za monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus ili ekvivalenti
CI/CD alati: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions ili ekvivalenti
Kubernetes — iskustvo je prednost

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Telecommunications
2–7 years of experience in IT administration, infrastructure engineering, or IT management
English language — ability to read and understand technical documentation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration and maintenance of physical and virtual servers (on-premise and cloud)
Server environment setup, configuration, and migration
Network infrastructure management — routing, switching, firewall, VPN
System monitoring, log management, and proactive incident resolution
IT infrastructure security: hardening, backup policies, disaster recovery planning
Managing CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments
Collaboration with the development team on DevOps processes and infrastructure requirements
Documentation of architecture and technical procedures

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Linux administration (Ubuntu/Debian) — advanced knowledge
Docker and application containerization
Network infrastructure and security (firewall, VPN, network segmentation)
Server services: Nginx, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
Bash/shell scripting and automation
Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalents
CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalents
Kubernetes — experience is a plus
