As one of the leading outsourcing companies in the region and due to our growth strategy plan, we are looking for a dedicated IT Manager to establish and develop, together with us, our IT department. Currently, our IT department supports over 120 employees at five different locations. To expand our IT department, we are looking for a: IT Manager
Establishing stronger IT infrastructure and organization in order to support our external clients and internal company needs. Responsible for developing, coaching, and mentoring our junior IT employees. Working on different projects with our team to improve processes and systems.
• Completed IT education
• Strong knowledge in following areas: Network Administration, Servers, CRM programs
• Experience in Small and Midsize Businesses (not as a freelancer)
• High social and communication skills, leadership is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
Area of responsibility:
• Training and monitoring employees at 1st level of support (Troubleshooting, User-Management, VPN-Settings, Servers, CRM system support, etc.)
• Coordination with external IT support companies and IT Service providers (Provider, CLC software provider, CRM Systems, SQL, etc.)
• Further development and optimization of system-relevant processes
