Position description

The role of the IT Manager is to lead a small team of developers, who are automating our business processes. The IT Manager must be fully conversant with all aspects of front-end and back-end coding languages , development frameworks and third party libraries (including but no limited to PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, React, Laravel, Ajax). You must have a knack for designing user-friendly solutions. The software solutions should be intuitive and self-explanatory to the user. You must make sure that all software is tested thoroughly before it is put into production. You must be familiar with cyber security and make sure the company computer systems are secure from external or internal threats. You must have a good business sense and review purchasing decisions for computer hardware.

Full time technical team members at BPG have typical net incomes between 2500 and 6000 Euros per month depending on qualifications and company performance. This is an on-site position located in Brasov, Romania. Remote work will not be considered.

Rode Calitate Dienstleistungs GmbH is part of a group of companies carrying out electrical construction projects in Germany. Other countries are under active consideration. The companies actually doing the work are based in Zossen and Schoenefeld, just South of Berlin. The administrative support of the companies is based in Brasov.

The company group started its activity in 2007 and began with Romanian electricians. Since a few years ago, the Romanians were joined by colleagues from various countries, which formerly formed the Soviet Union, and also from South America, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. We are a multi-national team with English being the primary internal communications language.
