Required skills:
- Solid knowledge of the German language
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Exchange
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP, Firewall/VLAN configuration, NAT/Hardware-Based load balancing, encryption, and network security best practices
- Knowledge of Internet network concepts, protocols, and associated services (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS)
- Experience using monitoring tools
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
Nice-to-have skills:
- Ability to prioritize assignments, handle shifting deadlines, multitask, and work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to exercise good judgment, independently assess risk, and make critical decisions
This is your role
- Monitoring system support and troubleshooting problems
- Analyzing root causes of Level1 and Level2 malfunctions and providing resolutions
- Resolving Level1 and Level2 problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements
- Driving incident resolution and process improvements to minimize impact to the production environment and business partners
- Developing a support plan to prioritize and resolve issues
- Addressing customer issues promptly and accurately
- Working closely with business partners, vendors, and technical groups to provide support and escalations for technical incidents
- Developing preventive measures and documenting issue-resolution procedures
Please note that the job position requires 24/7 support and we provide bonuses for working in different shifts.
