IT Project Coordinator

On behalf of our client, globally active manufacturer of components for vehicles, Adecco is seeking motivated and proactive candidates to join their team in Novi Sad.

Requirements:

• Completed education in IT or a comparable qualification
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support in IT office and IT production environments
• Secure handling of MS Office products, Sharepoint, Windows, Exchange and VM-Ware
• Experience with design operation and maintenance of network components including HP, Cisco, Riverbed and Fortinet
• Strong team and communication skills as well as good time management
• Fluency in English

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain project management system records required for effective project execution and tactical alignment across Teams
• Create and update global project timelines so that stakeholders and contributors are informed on deadlines and milestones
• Maintain global Project Initiative list summarizing project statuses
• Schedule and assist in running global project coordination meetings and resulting follow-up actions
• Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management
• Assist with leading designated projects as needed
• Manage various repositories of project documentation
• Assist in managing vendor collaboration, timelines, project agreements, and statements of work
• Proactively track, follow-up on, and report project statuses
• Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the Head of Global IT and Cyber Security
