IT Service Desk Administrator
Novi Sad
Requirements:
- Technical education in the fields of information technology or computer science
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of network and PC operating systems
- Certifications in A+, MCP and MCTS are a plus
- Fluency in English
Main responsibilities:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software and peripheral devices
- Administration of all equipment and hardware and software upgrades
- Maintenance of network component inventory
- Administration and maintenance of end user accounts, permissions and access rights
- Receipt, documentation and forwarding of incidents
- Control, monitoring and escalation of tickets

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Keen attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
