IT Services Analyst

What You Will Be Doing?

You will:

• Manage all relevant information about incidents and demands (Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Management)
• Categorize and prioritize incidents and demands
• Initial investigate and diagnose incidents and demands
• Solve incidents and demands on the first level support whenever possible
• Escalate incidents and demands that cannot be resolved within the agreed SLA
• Keep users and other key participants informed of progress in handling incidents and demands
• Close all resolved incidents, demands and other inputs from IT service users
• Conduct customer satisfaction questionnaires
• Communicate with IT service users and keep them informed of changes and agreed interruptions
• Update the system for configuration management (CMS) in accordance with the rulebook

What Do You Need for the Position?

We are looking for a talented, dedicated and analytical IT Services Analyst with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer or Technical Sciences or related fields. 
We expect:

• 1+ year of relevant work experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Customer Service Orientation
• Excellent self-organization, planning and time-management
• Ability to work with your team to achieve key objectives
• Ability to prioritize
• Attention to details
• A high standard of computer literacy
• Fluency in English
