- Work on Incident/Change/Problem management for supported IT systems/services
- Continuously improve/optimize IT systems for performance and operability
- Deploy new services or functionalities and maintain them

If you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical application support or planning of IT systems/services
- Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Fair knowledge of some programing language (preferably Python, Java)
- Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST)
- Excellent technical problem solving skills and analytical troubleshooting skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of TIBCO administrator/development will be considered as advantage
- Basic knowledge of Billing/Charging system, CRM, Provisioning, Product Catalogue will be considered as nice to have
