We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of IT Support Assistant (Temporary) in our IT department:
Your key responsibilities will be
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates, replace parts as required
Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues
Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc)
Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed
Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
To qualify for the role you must have
Previous working experience in IT support roles will be considered as advantage
General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
College or University degree in Computer Science
In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365
Ideally, you’ll also have
Very good knowledge and experience with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Good organization and presentation skills
Excellent spoken and written English skills
