Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees (hardware, software, network issues)
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Manage user access, accounts, permissions, VPN, and security tools
  • Troubleshoot issues related to corporate systems and business applications
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
  • Coordinate with global IT teams and external vendors when necessary
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT support or similar role (at least 3 years of experience preferred)
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments
  • Basic understanding of networking, VPNs, and security principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience working in an international or corporate environment
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools and collaboration platforms
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
