We are looking for IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for technical support and ensuring that the whole company runs smoothly!
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners;
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
- Providing technical support across the company (in person and/or over the phone);
- Setting up accounts for new users;
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
- Testing new technology;
- Fluency in English;
- At least 6 months experiance in similar position;
- High level of knowledge and understaning of network;
- Technical, logical thought process;
- Ability to stick to strict deadlines;
- Ability to prioritise and delegate;
- A keen eye for detail;
- High level of hardware troubleshooting experience;
- Team working skills;
- Ability to adjust deadlines;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
