Our diverse team consisting of various roles in HR, Finance, Office Management is looking for a reinforcement in the area of IT Local Support to be able to provide the best possible experience to our employees. We are looking for IT and Technical Support professional to help us with all technical related needs.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the equipment around the office by ensuring safe and neat cabling, reliable and high performing setup for our employees in the offices, meeting rooms and coworking area.
- Act as a local go-to person for any urgent request related to both hardware/software.
- Run diagnostics and assessing impact/risks.
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, and insurance etc. for specific requirements and repairs when needed.
- Manage ordering of new equipment for employees via Service Now, closely plan delivery lead times with our IT suppliers and manage internal stock in line with internal rules and regulations.
- Manage equipment lifecycle in line with the company standards and procedures.
- Maintain equipment inventory and allocation of the hardware per department.
- IT waste management in line with the local legal framework.
- Prepare and handover or setup equipment for the new joiners in the company or for any regular employee.
- Onboarding and offboarding of employee in terms of the equipment, first time software enrolling with Okta, MDM, Uniflow or any other application.
- Work closely with our IT backoffice and IT Service Desk teams to improve user experience and improve/automate current processes.
- Actively support any event organized by the company from the technical point of view, including Audio & Video equipment.
- Remotely support our sister company in Portugal with similar but reduced work scope and with occasional onsite support when required.
Requirements:
- Computer science training or professional experience as a computer specialist.
- Experience with the support process and in-depth IT knowledge of common ICT technologies.
- Experience in Audio & Video equipment, for meetings rooms and events.
- Familiarity with the actual workplace operating’s systems from Microsoft and Apple.
- Good analytical & troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication, organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Flexible and approachable personality.
- Fluent in Serbian and English.
