Job title: Senior Infrastructure Manager (New Build)

Office location with Hybrid working: Belgrade

About the role and the Team:

We are currently looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager for various parts of the business within Belgrade who will prioritise delivery of required tasks/activities to serve our customers and the business objectives. Within this role you will ensure forecasts and priorities are well communicated across the division and to partners, as required as well as ensuring team members deliver in line with key KPIs.

You will be accountable for delivery performance, Leadership and budget control.

What will you be doing?

Ensure data is up to standard to enable successful customer activation and prevent any data driven issues
Utilise reporting and dashboards to monitor and drive performance. Proactively analyse insights to mitigate challenges and underperformance
Be prepared to present insights to communicate up and down stream on performance, suggested changes to process and cross functionally
Regular communication and stakeholder management with different departments
Role model Beyond the Expected Behaviours, holding your team to account to do the same
Proactive resource and capacity management highlighting needs to adapt resource levels in line with demand or work on a flexible approach to cover changing business requirements
Act as point of escalation for urgent deliverables within your department.
Hold regular 1-1's with your team members, identify development requirements as well as highlighting and rewarding quality performance. Ensure quality time is spent on behaviours as well as performance
Ensure team members are supported, trained and coached to produce quality work within required timeframes
Proactively seeks ways to ‘Do Things Better' by working closely with various internal stakeholders and attending process improvement meetings/discussions
Drive change initiatives into the team to improve efficiency and predictability in line with company objectives
Ensuring that your teams provide feedback to the field operations to ensure cost efficiency
You will keep abreast of technology developments and any industry/highways changes to ensure we are compliant and delivering the best solutions possible.
Significant success rate against A55 submissions to BTOR
Responsible for partner management to ensure budget control and cost efficiency.

What we are looking for:

Previous role dealing with multiple projects and stakeholders
Great IT skills with MS Office
Demonstration of managing different work types
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and managing change
Great English language knowledge - written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving and adaptiveness
