Quectel Wireless Solutions is a global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+), and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on the Serbian market in the newly opened R&D Centre, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team in Belgrade.

Inside Sales Specialist

Your job will involve:

  • Lead management - web and marketing lead source support, evaluation, and follow-up.
  • Salesforce (CRM) registration, & information sharing. Vertical market research using web browsers and web tools.
  • Supporting sales channels with leads, new projects, and daily tasks. Start up the sales processes with the ability to hand over to territorial sales channels.
  • Arrange and book customer meetings with regional customers using web tools such as MS Teams. Attend trade shows and regional events.
  • Supporting Chatbot inquiries
  • Willingness to learn technical skills to improve sales capabilities.
  • Sales support to the EMEA region includes arranging device samples and creating custom ordering codes and quotations for customers.
  • Search for and evaluate potential new channel partners and firms.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • 1-3 years of industry sales experience, preferred. With a concentration in advertising, inside sales, business administration, and marketing and promotions.
  • Self-driven & self-motivated.
  • Committed with a long-term career in mind and target oriented.
  • Team player who isn´t afraid of sharing views and ideas
  • Knowhow within wireless, RF technologies and understanding of IoT verticals, customer segments, and competitors.
  • Sales experience with no cold call fear.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Honest and committed to any promise given to customers and colleagues.
  • Skilled in full MS Word & Salesforce or similar CRM system
