Integrations Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Integrations Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing technical support for integration solutions, resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless interoperability between our products and third-party systems.
Roles and responsibilities
- Integration Support
- Provide technical support for integration solutions, including troubleshooting issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Collaborate with internal development teams and external partners to identify, prioritize, and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides to assist customers and internal stakeholders with integration-related inquiries
- Customer Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers experiencing integration issues, delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to address their needs effectively.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and video conferencing to understand their requirements, provide updates on issue resolution progress, and offer guidance on best practices for integration implementation.
- Build strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and confidence through responsive support and proactive engagement.
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- Participate in integration testing activities, including test plan development, test execution, and defect tracking, to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
- Work closely with QA teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve integration-related bugs and issues discovered during testing cycles.
- Perform regression testing and validation of integration changes to verify that existing functionality remains intact and unaffected by updates or modifications.
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve integration processes, tools, and documentation, driving efficiency and effectiveness in support delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to integration solutions, incorporating new knowledge into support strategies and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmap decisions based on integration-related insights and feedback.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or systems integration roles, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies, such as APIs, web services, data formats (JSON, XML), and authentication methods (OAuth, SAML)
- Experience with integration platforms and middleware solutions (Azure API Management, Software AG WebMethods, Azure Data Factory, AirFlow, MS SSIS, etc.) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
