We are looking for a person who can:
- Understand the needs of people and successfully integrate them into the design to create a positive user experience
- Independently perform project tasks
- Participate in all phases of the design process - from ideation and research, through wireframing, prototyping, and testing
- Understand, analyze, and respond to stakeholder requests
- Identify visual and content issues and suggest creative design solutions
- Iterate actively with prototypes at all levels of design fidelity, informed by user research, market trends, and business goals
- Use strong interaction design and usability skills to make the complex clear, while understanding how it works behind the scenes and adjusting accordingly
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to be in the loop about each other's perspectives, requirements, and timelines
- Collaborate regularly across all teams to ship high-quality experiences
- Present and share your work and knowledge to design colleagues
- Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and move the work toward implementation
- Stay up to date with new technologies, industry, and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning
- Design exceptional solutions from start to finish
Required experience and skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a UX/UI related job
- A keenness for identifying user needs, defining clear solutions, and delivering them through detailed design
- Experience in working with Figma
- Professional and responsible approach to work
- Experience in building product wireframes and prototypes
- Expertise and independence in approaching assigned tasks
- The ability to integrate feedback, validate, and iterate on our products while being mindful of our customers, contributors and insights gathered from our support teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills — you’ll be collaborating with others and presenting your work regularly
- Proficiency in English in both written and verbal form
- Motivation for experimenting and exploring approaches and methodologies in the field of UX and UI
- Honesty, fairness, and team-play
