You’ll gain real experience by working on commercial projects for global clients, learn from experienced mentors, and grow into a role that matches your skills and interests — whether it's technical support or system implementation.

During your internship, you will:

• Receive hands-on training at our internal Engineering Academy
• Learn how digital payment systems work and dive deep into our product – Way4
• Join a real team working on a commercial project
• Develop core skills in: Technical Support (incident analysis, troubleshooting, client assistance), or System Implementation (configuration, testing, delivery to production)
• Improve your communication, problem-solving, and client interaction abilities

After successful completion of the internship, you will:

• Handle real client requests and provide technical support across Way4 modules
• Configure and implement Way4 components for enterprise clients
• Analyze system behavior, troubleshoot and resolve issues, suggest improvements
• Perform testing (functional, integration, load, UAT)
• Communicate with clients' IT teams (engineers, DBAs, managers)
• Ensure compliance with internal and external SLAs
• Contribute to successful go-live launches of mission-critical financial systems

We’re looking for candidates who: 

• Hold a university degree in IT, mathematics, or physics (Graduating in 2024-2025)
• Have a basic understanding of databases (PL/SQL, SQL)
• Know the basics of IT systems or networking (e.g., TCP/IP)
• Are fluent in English (mandatory for global team communication)
• Are curious, motivated, and eager to learn
• (Bonus) Have some exposure to fintech, telecom, or high-load systems
