Junior HR Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior HR Assistant to join our team at Way4Services. In this role, you’ll support HR activities such as event planning, recruitment sourcing, and the execution of Learning & Development (L&D) programs, alongside other HR-related tasks. This is a junior position, and we’re committed to providing the training and support you need to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning and support organizational activities.
• Contribute to recruitment sourcing, helping identify potential candidates.
• Participate in the planning and execution of Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Russian and Serbian is essential, and proficiency in English is required, as it is our primary working language.
• Skills with Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
• Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous and take pride in ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Calm and Professional: You handle sensitive information with care and maintain a calm approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to Learn: This role offers great learning potential, and we will provide training and guidance.
